Welcome to Her Travel Network. By accessing our website, community platform, events, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of all Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including free members, paid members, and visitors.

1. Membership Eligibility

Her Travel Network is a women-only community. By joining, you confirm that:

You identify and participate as a woman
All information you provide is accurate and truthful
You will not misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and remove any member who misrepresents themselves.

Deliberate misrepresentation may result in immediate removal without refund.

2. Membership Types

We offer:

Community Access (Free Tier)
Founder Premium Membership (Monthly or Annual)
Post-Launch Premium Membership (Monthly or Annual)

Membership benefits, pricing, and access levels are described on our website. We reserve the right to update or modify benefits at any time.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own terms.

Monthly Memberships

Billed automatically every month until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds for unused time.

Annual Memberships

Charged upfront for 12 months.
Renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled.
You may cancel renewal at any time.
No refunds (full or partial) once the payment has been processed.

Pricing

We may change pricing in the future, but:

Founder pricing is permanently locked for active members.
Post-Launch pricing may increase.

If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend access until resolved.

4. Refund Policy

Because our memberships provide instant, digital access, all payments are non-refundable, including:

Monthly memberships
Annual memberships
Upgrades
Add-ons
Renewals

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Lack of use
Failure to log in
Member removal due to breach of policies
Member disputes with other members
Offline meetup or travel issues

Chargebacks or disputes filed falsely may result in permanent removal from the platform.

5. Community Behaviour & Conduct

All members must:

Behave respectfully and responsibly
Protect the privacy and safety of others
Follow our Women-Only Policy
Follow our Meetups & Events Disclaimer
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, exploitation, or misconduct

We reserve the right to:

Issue warnings
Restrict access
Suspend accounts
Permanently remove members

Removal for misconduct, safeguarding concerns, misrepresentation, or breaches of policy results in no refund.

6. Safety & Offline Interactions

Her Travel Network provides a digital platform for connection. Any offline meetups, travel, accommodation sharing, or in-person interactions are:

Organised independently between members
Voluntary
At the member’s own risk

We do not vet members for offline safety and accept no liability for:

Personal injury
Loss or theft
Disputes
Travel issues
Accidents or harm occurring at meetups

Members are responsible for their own risk assessment and safety decisions.

7. Kids Club & Activities

Her Travel Network may offer virtual spaces for children to participate under parental supervision.

By allowing your child to take part, you accept that:

You are responsible for your child’s safety, behaviour, and participation
We do not provide childcare, safeguarding supervision, or vetting of other members’ children
You will monitor your child’s interactions
Her Travel Network accepts no liability for issues arising from Kids Club participation

We reserve the right to remove any child or parent who breaches conduct expectations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Her Travel Network, including posts, resources, materials, branding, videos, guides, and digital products, is the property of Her Travel Network and protected by copyright.

You may not:

Share content outside the platform
Redistribute resources
Copy or replicate community materials
Use content for commercial purposes

Members retain ownership of their own posts but grant us a licence to display them within the community.

9. Website Content & External Links

Our website and community may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for:

The content of external websites
Actions or policies of third-party services
Damage or loss arising from using external links

Use external sites at your own discretion.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login details secure
Ensuring no one else uses your account
Not sharing access with others

We may disable accounts involved in suspicious or unauthorised activity.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if:

You breach these Terms
You breach the Women-Only Policy
You breach safety or conduct expectations
You harm, harass, or endanger another member
You misuse the community or platforms
You engage in fraudulent activity

No refunds will be provided in these cases.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but this does not entitle you to any refund.

12. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Travel Network is not liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage during meetups or travel
Disputes between members
Member behaviour or actions
Loss of data
Platform outages or technical issues
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will notify members of major changes via email or community announcement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be handled under UK jurisdiction.
