How the Affiliate Programme Works
• You apply using the form on this page.
• If approved, you’ll receive your unique affiliate link and login details for your affiliate dashboard.
• When a woman joins Her Travel Network through your link and becomes a paying member, she is automatically tracked to you.
• You earn recurring commission for as long as she remains on a paid plan.
• You can share Her Travel Network in any way you prefer – social posts, stories, emails, blogs, WhatsApp chats, communities, etc.
What You Earn as a Founder Affiliate
During the founder phase, we’re keeping this simple:
• 50% recurring commission on every paying member you refer
• Commission rate locked in for life – your rate will never drop for existing referrals
• No caps or tiers – whether you refer 1 woman or 100, you receive the same percentage
• Commissions are paid monthly
Your dashboard lets you see:
• Who joined through your link
• What you’ve earned
• What’s pending

What We Ask From Affiliates
To keep the programme fair and aligned with Her Travel Network values, affiliates agree to:
• Share Her Travel Network honestly – no overpromising or pressure tactics
• Promote Her Travel Network only in places where women feel safe and respected
• Avoid spammy behaviour (cold DMs to strangers, mass tagging, etc.)
• Respect our community guidelines and brand values

How Payouts Work
• Commissions are calculated monthly
• You’ll be paid whatever you’ve earned
• Payouts are sent via PayPal
You’ll be able to view a full breakdown of:
• Every referral
• Every commission
• Your complete payout history
Do I need a big audience to apply?
No. We care more about alignment than follower numbers. If you have a small but engaged audience, or even just a strong local network, you’re welcome to apply.
Can I promote Her Travel Network if I’m not a member yet?
We would like affiliates to either be members or genuinely understand what Her Travel Network offers so they can talk about it honestly. If you’re not a member yet, you’ll still be considered, but we may ask a couple of extra questions.
How long do I earn commission for each member?
For as long as they remain a paying member on a tracked subscription. If they stay for years, you’ll receive recurring commission for years.
Will the commission rate change in future?
For Founder Affiliates, the 50% rate on your existing referrals is locked in. We may adjust rates for New affiliates in future, but your existing referrals will always honour the rate you agreed to.
Where can I share my link?
Social media, your email list, blog, podcast, YouTube descriptions, local communities you run, private groups you manage – basically anywhere that feels natural, respectful and aligned with Her Travel Network’s values.
